Platform usage

AuthorityCat provides a marketplace and workspace for publisher discovery, website submissions, SEO metrics, projects, orders, wallet activity, payouts, team access, and related operational records. Users must use the platform for lawful business purposes and keep account information accurate.

  • Use the correct workspace role
  • Keep account access secure
  • Do not bypass platform controls

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for evaluating marketplace listings, submitting lawful target URLs and anchor text, providing accurate content and placement instructions, funding eligible orders, and reviewing delivery inside the order record.

  • Review relevance and metrics
  • Submit clear requirements
  • Keep disputes in the order record

Publisher responsibilities

Publishers must control or be authorized to represent submitted websites, keep listing data accurate, disclose restrictions, complete verification where required, and deliver accepted orders according to the agreed scope.

  • No unauthorized websites
  • Accurate pricing and restrictions
  • Reliable delivery and communication

Marketplace orders

Marketplace orders carry target URL, anchor text, instructions, status, delivery, revision, payment, and audit context. The order record is the source used to review delivery questions, cancellations, failed states, and disputes.

  • Order requirements
  • Publisher acceptance or rejection
  • Delivery URL and status history

Website listings

Website listings can be pending, approved, live, rejected, disabled, archived, or removed according to product rules and moderation decisions. Approval is not a guarantee of future metrics, indexing, traffic, ranking, or availability.

  • Verification and admin review
  • Marketplace visibility rules
  • Metric values can change

Payments, credits, and payouts

Wallet credits, order debits, provider payments, refunds, commissions, earnings, and payout requests follow the platform records and configured provider rules. Wallet credit is a service balance, not a bank account, and payout eligibility depends on completed order and account state.

  • Payment provider terms may apply
  • Refunds follow the Refund Policy and order record
  • Payouts require eligible earnings

Prohibited use

Users may not use AuthorityCat to break the law, misrepresent listings or metrics, submit deceptive content, spam, harvest data, bypass access controls, manipulate orders, evade fees, infringe rights, or promise guaranteed SEO outcomes that cannot be substantiated.

  • No fraud or abuse
  • No misleading listings
  • No security interference

Account suspension and intellectual property

AuthorityCat may restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate access when needed to protect users, marketplace integrity, payments, security, or legal compliance. AuthorityCat software, branding, and design remain AuthorityCat property; user-submitted content remains subject to the license needed to operate the service.

  • Account enforcement where required
  • Listing removal where required
  • Limited license to operate submitted content

Service availability and liability

AuthorityCat works to operate a reliable service, but no internet service or third-party metric source can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. Metrics, integrations, and marketplace records can be delayed, unavailable, or revised. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

  • No guaranteed uptime claim on this page
  • No guaranteed rankings or traffic
  • Third-party providers may change behavior

Termination and changes to terms

Users may stop using AuthorityCat subject to outstanding orders, payment records, audit history, and legal retention requirements. AuthorityCat may update these terms for product, legal, security, or operational reasons and will publish updated terms on this route.

  • Outstanding records may be retained
  • Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate
